Dairy Flat Aeropark is a lifestyle development, with lots from 3500 to 4500 m². Each lot will have its own access to the custom built taxi-way leading to the North Shore Aero Club, and hangers will be built alongside the taxi-way.

Work commenced on Tuesday 22nd October 2013 and was completed 31st January 2014

Silt Pond – Conforming to TP90 Specifications

: Silt Pond 1 facing West. Capacity 1,500 cubic metres, which is capable of treating up to 5 hectares of water run-off. 31.10.2013
