202 – 218 Matua Road, is an 12.3 hectare sub-division comprising of 80 residential lots, ranging in size from 600m² to 13,200m² and associated infrastructure.
There is an existing waterway to the northern boundary and the site is low lying and prone to flooding.
During the construction phase Bob Hick Earthmoving identified several areas of unsuitable material which had to be removed and conditioned prior to filling.
The site had 30,000 m³ of topsoil stripped to stock pile and re-spread along with 55,000m³ of conventional cut-to fill.
22,000m³ of unsuitable material to be removed from construction area and replaced with suitable material from the borrow pit.
