Huapai Triangle is a residential sub-division of 120 lots ranging in size from 418m² to 3000m² including a series of super lots and sizable recreation reserve.
The site also contains a storm water utility reserve firstly to provide much needed storm water dispersal but also provides a pleasant and spacious aesthetic.
The site contains 98,000m³ of cut to fill and 20,000m³ of topsoil stripped to stockpile and re-spread.
